When should I buy an engagement ring? How long does it take to receive the finished product?

It takes about 4-5 weeks to manufacture a ring. If the ring is required for the marriage proposal, it is recommended to set aside enough time and begin the preparation 2 to 3 months ahead of the scheduled date. Generally, most people begin preparations 7 months to 1 year before the wedding date.

Can you engrave the inside of the ring? What is the maximum number of characters that can be engraved?

Free engraving on the inside of the ring is provided when you order a ring. The number of characters that can be engraved is the ring size plus 7 characters.
(For example, with a size 7 ring, you can engrave up to 14 characters.) ※Some items are not eligible for engraving.

Can men and women choose different wedding ring styles?

Men and women can choose different styles to create their unique wedding ring combination! As everyone has different hand shapes, we first provide a personal hand shape analysis, and customers can then choose their preferred styles based on personal preference. Even if they are from different series, it is still possible to find the most matching combination. Additionally, I-PRIMO customizes exclusive wedding rings based on customers' preferences, sizes, and engraving content.

What sizes can the rings be made in?

Depending on the style, the general sizes are from size 3 to size 19. Special sizes can be made from size 1 to size 2 and size 20 to size 30 (general sizes for women's styles are from size 3 to size 15, and for men's styles from size 3 to size 19). Special sizes require additional charges and sometimes take longer to produce than general sizes.
