Simply add a small amount of mild detergent to warm water and soak the ring, and you can easily clean it at home. If you bring it to our store, we will polish it with a cloth and then use ultrasonic cleaning to restore its original brilliance. This is a lifetime free service, and you are welcome to visit our store for maintenance at any time. We also recommend cleaning and maintenance before your wedding or travel.

Unlimited free resizing for a lifetime. If resizing is not possible, a size exchange will be offered, limited to one free exchange. Skilled artisans will adjust by adding or removing platinum, ensuring a seamless finish.

Diamonds are carefully set one by one by skilled artisans, but strong external force may cause the ring to become distorted, loosening the prongs and making the gemstone prone to falling out. If you notice any movement in the gemstone, please visit a nearby store.
